Drinking milk gives great nutrients like magnesium and will nourish cells deep within.
Water is simply the best remedy for facial appearance and a good look… Water keeps the skin cells hydrated and moisturized that will prevent blemishes, pimples, darkness, and wrinkles. Further, the skin will get a glow and softness just by drinking plenty of water.
A quick face message works wonders, “the stimulation can help get the blood moving to wake up your whole complexion.”
DIY a hydrating mask. Mix a half cup of plain Greek yogurt, half of an avocado, and a quarter cup of honey together, then leave it on your face for 20 minutes.
Use toner before serum or moisturizer. It is a great way to prep your skin before applying serum or moisturizer. I recommend using an all natural one that lightly cleanses and restores skin. Toner softens the skin and refines the appearance of pores for a healthy-looking complexion. It cleanses the skin, helping to clear it of surface debris, pollution particles, and residual impurities, while leaving it feeling refreshed and prepped to receive the full benefits of the skincare routine. One of my favorites is Young Living Toner “ART” and another favorite of mine is a toner we make and sell Chamomile and Lavender Infused Toner, also Infused Aloe and Rose Water Toner. Absolutely love them all.
Certified pure essential oils, botanicals and organic oils are used in our products.
On a side note: health science, botany, nursing, biology and anatomy are my field. I use to work in the medical field, passed the NCLEX and got my nursing licenses. That was long ago.
We traveled the world, lived overseas and I studied different cultures, skin care, learned about different oils, and different products used in different countries.
Even as a young child, I have always been intrigued by the beauty and health industry.
